City St George's - Student Claim Form

IMPORTANT: This form is intended for agents directly contracted to City St Georges, University of London only. This form is not applicable for Tooting Course students (formerly St George’s). To submit a claim for Tooting students, complete the Tooting Claim Form.

In order to be eligible for application referral commission, this form must be completed within 4 weeks of the application being made. Please note that completion of this form does not guarantee that commission will be paid; commission claims must still be made in line with our contracted procedures.
