Join our expert staff in the Sport department at Birmingham Newman University who will take you through multi-disciplinary sessions that cover aspects of effective coaching, applied sports science practice and sports therapy applications.

You will get the opportunity to explore effective warm-ups during a coaching session while measuring the effectiveness of warm-ups using the latest sports science equipment used in elite sport. You will explore how you monitor fatigue in sports science and then how you may manage adverse outcomes from physical activity in Sports Therapy.
