Thank you for signing up to take part in the One HundRED Violin Flash Mob as part of The Red Violin Festival on Saturday 19th October 2024. It is going to be a really fun and exciting day.

We would like your permission to photograph/video you for possible inclusion in our publications, website, social media and other publicity material.

The images/video will remain the property of Leeds Conservatoire and will be used for the designated purpose of promoting our organisation's aims. 

The videographer will film parts of the rehearsal / performance and interview people involved in the project. The videos will be edited into short clips and a short 2 minute film alongside photographs to be used across our social media channels and in communications where we are highlighting our work with communities.

These clips will remain in the public domain on our channels.
